Intimidation time is over, we’re here to help you feel safe to exercise.
We believe that every woman should have a space they can step into their power, feel the confidence and strength to pursue any endeavor in their lives, without judgment or intimidation- but celebrated and supported.
If you don’t have a goal, it’s hard to be motivated to workout for your goals. If your goal isn’t specific, it will prove to be very difficult to have the motivation or knowledge of how to achieve the goal.
Working with a professional trainer provides both the HOW and the confidence that it can be done! Ambitious beginners and gym rats, we all have our ups and downs when it comes to shaping our bodies, men and women alike, but setting smart short-term and long-term fitness goals before we start training will make the difference.

FAQs
In very simple terms, yoga is a system for bringing balance into your body and mind. It involves the physical practice of yoga postures called asanas, and breathing exercises called pranayama. Yoga also includes meditation, self-enquiry and the study of yoga philosophy.
‘Yoga’ in the Western world tends to focus mostly on the physical asana practice – the yoga poses. This is a great place to start but there is so much more to discover as you develop your yoga practice.

Comfortable clothing or athletic wear, free of buttons, snaps, and zippers. Baggy shorts should be avoided as we incorporate inversions and straddle stretches in our workouts. Pair of socks provide the best grip throughout a workout.
Our Yoga sessions online/offline at studio starts at 7.35 AM sharp and will continue till 8.50 AM from Monday to Friday
